This mesh T-shirt is made of high quality wool and recycled polyester intertwined yarns. This active wool T-shirt is highly breathable, does not stick to the skin, and is unprecedentedly comfortable to wear.

  • NIKKE AXIO" is a yarn made of recycled polyester filaments wrapped inside wool fibers.
    The fabric combines the deodorant function of wool with the quick-drying and fast-drying properties of polyester.

This WOOL MESH T-SHIRT made unique balance by combining wool's moisture regulation, polyester's quick-drying capability, and the ventilation provided by its mesh structure. In other words, it's a wool T-shirt that prioritizes ventilation, making it the most active wool T-shirt available. During high-intensity activities, wool can sometimes saturate with sweat and cling to the body, but with this WOOL MESH T-SHIRT, that's not an issue. It maintains a comfortable, dry feel against the skin. Additionally, wool's odor-reducing properties remain effective. Combined with the durability of polyester, this shirt is suitable for enduring the harsh conditions of ultra-trails, where environmental conditions can change dramatically.

  • The DRY WOOL T-SHIRT is not simply a blend of wool and polyester. NIKKE AXIO" is a special yarn made by twisting polyester filaments inside a bundle of wool fibers. In this way, the functionality of the polyester is contained, while the feel of the wool and the functionality of the wool fiber scales are maximized.

NIKKE AXIO

HERENESS had paid attention to the functionality of NIKKE AXIO before its launch and had been considering commercializing it. However, we gave up using NIKKE AXIO because only virgin polyester was available at that time. We continued to ask for the filament to be made of recycled polyester, and with the cooperation of NIKKE, we were finally able to use NIKKE AXIO with recycled materials. We plan to continue expanding our line of wool x recycled polyester products using NIKKE AXIO.

    New Zealand has decided to ban mulesing (the process of removing skin from sheep buttocks), and the wool we use is 100% sourced from Merino sheep in New Zealand. We believe that wool is a gift from sheep, and we should not support any practices that cause in their suffering. As a brand promoting the benefits of wool, we are committed to advocating for animal welfare.
