EXCHANGES
If the product does not fit, we will replace it only if you contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please be sure to check the following information before contacting us (support@hereness.com)

【 EXCHANGE POLICY 】
・The contact must be confirmed within 14 days of arrival
・The item must be shipped/picked up within 7 days of contact
・Unused, unwashed items(Trying on is possible)
・No intentional staining or damage
・No smells, stains, etc., such as cigarettes or cosmetics
・Accessories, box, etc. are in place
・Quality tag uncut ones
・Exchange is only accepted once for the same item.
・If you receive a different item from your order
・No cosmetics, food or drink, books, etc.

We will check the product and if the product does not meet the above criteria, we may exchange to return it.

RETURNS

We will check the product and if the product does not meet the above criteria, we may refuse to return it.

RETURN FOR CUSTOMER’S CONVENIENCE
Returns for wrong image, wrong order, etc. are the responsibility of the customer. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs relating to the return.
