Do natural materials shrink?
Natural fibers such as wool and cotton may shrink slightly after washing. Due to fabric stretch, there may also be a 1–2 cm difference from the measurements listed on the product page.

Packing materials
We strive to use as little plastic as possible. When we ship to you, we do not use plastic and pack directly in the original boxes.The original boxes are made of highly recycled cardboard. And of course the stickers are made of paper! We take great care to deliver our products to you, but if they are damaged or dirty, we will replace them. If you do not feel comfortable with the lack of plastic, we recommend that you wash the product once it arrives at your home. We ask for your understanding and cooperation to eliminate disposable plastic.

Import duties
