Using Points

Point Expiration
Points are valid for one year from the date you last earned or used points. Each new purchase within that period extends the expiration date of your entire point balance.
How to Join
- Online, you are registered as a member automatically when you place an order. To sign up in advance, click the account icon at the top right of our online store and register with your email address.
- In store, please enter your email address after payment.
If you have shopped with us before, online or in store, please use the same email address, or link your LINE account, for a smooth setup.

- Are points shared between the online store and HERENESS stores?
- Yes. Points earned in either place can be used in both.
- Where can I check my points balance?
- Log in to our online store and open the pop-up on the top page.
- Can I earn points on purchases made before I became a member?
- Points cannot be added retroactively to past orders.
- What happens to my points if I return an item?
- If you cancel or return an order, any points used on that order will be returned to you, and points earned on that order will be cancelled.
- Can expired points be restored?
- Points that have expired cannot be reissued.
- What happens to my points if I cancel my membership?
- All remaining points will be forfeited when you cancel your membership.
